This appointment type is for a new adult (18 & up) patient consultation/ medical provider clearance to start receiving aesthetics & wellness services. This appointment includes a medical consultation from one of our medical providers, detailed education, an individualized treatment & cost plan session with Sam. If time permits, we can start your treatment at this appointment! A medical clearance exam is required once per calendar year ($50) to continue services & treatments. This clearance is done at your appointment.

This appointment type is for a new minor patient (ages 12-17) consultation/medical provider clearance to start receiving aesthetics & wellness services. This appointment includes a medical consultation from one of our medical providers, detailed education, an individualized treatment & cost plan session with Sam. If time permits, we can start your treatment at this appointment! A medical clearance exam is required once per calendar year ($50) to continue services & treatments. This clearance is done at your appointment. Parent must be present for entire appointment. Services available for ages 12-17: Dermaplaning, VI Chemical Peel, Wellness Injections & IV Infusions.

Ages 18 & up. Medical Provider Clearance is required at the start of the program and every 2 months. Initial/Annual Clearance Exam $50 and $35 for follow up Clearance Exams. Cosmetic Weight Management with GLP1-based medications-compounded semaglutide & tirzepatide.This science driven therapy helps reduce appetite, improve metabolism, and support sustainable weight loss. Specific requirements & Provider clearance are required to start and continue with this program. Cost of program varies based on medications/dosage prescribed. Disqualifications for Program- If you have any of the following, you are not eligible for this program through Golden Glow Aesthetics: -BMI of less than 26 -Diagnosed Diabetic - History of Pancreatitis - History of Thyroid Cancer - History of Gastroparesis - History of Kidney Disease or AKI
